§1Who operates Fynd
Fynd is a product name of Purpose Healthcare Labs ("Purpose Healthcare Labs" or the "Operator"). Purpose Healthcare Labs designs and runs the consent-first job-application platform at https://fynd.llc and the connected mobile clients.
The Operator is the data controller for personal data processed through the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and enumerated on the measuring-state page.
§2What Fynd is optimized for
Fynd exists to help candidates reach qualified interviews, not to inflate application volume. Every claim in a Fynd Career Passport is owner-attested, versioned, and approved by the candidate before it leaves the account. Fynd never invents facts, never scrapes third-party sites, and never auto-submits an application without an explicit human approval on that specific submission.
The full rail list — dry-run email dispatch, follow-ups never auto-sent, apply caps that are never bypassed, employer supply always human-in-the-loop, honest unknowns in the eligibility engine, HMAC-signed evidence exports, ledger-derived-only receipts — is visible in real time on the measuring-state page.

We aim to respond to non-security inquiries within five business days. Data-rights requests (access, portability, erasure, restriction, objection) are answered within thirty days, per GDPR Article 12(3).
§4Legal + jurisdiction
Purpose Healthcare Labs operates Fynd. All personal data processed through Fynd is stored in the United States. Where GDPR applies, the legal basis for every data category is consent (Article 6(1)(a)), captured at signup and re-affirmed on every material policy change.
Users can revoke any non-required consent at any time from /privacy, export their data as JSON, or start a 30-day soft-delete window. Details in the Privacy Policy §7.
§5Which build you are viewing
The live application build version is exposed at GET /api/v1/meta/version, is rendered on the marketing footer + inside the authenticated shell, and is derived from the frontend/package.json version and the deployed git SHA at process boot. If you're auditing a specific claim, quote the build metadata alongside your finding.
